Responsibilities:

  • participating in transition of global benefits to Krakow
  • administrative work including:
    - inputting client data into Greater Insight/TBS and keeping the system up to date
    - supporting consultants with the renewal process
    - renewing the plans in the system
    - completion of 7-Steps Tracking process
    - managing providers and clients queries received on a group mailbox
  • Supporting broking processes
  • Working on ad-hoc administrative projects
  • Ensuring process documentation is up-to-date
  • Suggesting process and/or system improvements

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a role connected to the provision of employee benefits
  • English at C1 level is preferred (on the CEFR scale), as well as strong communication skills
  • willingness to work on US working hours 13:30 - 22:00
  • good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • ability to work independently
  • good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • experience with working in TBS/Greater Insight will be an asset
