The role is aimed to providing financial operations support such as:
  • Setting up contract/project on the system
  • Recognizing revenue on the system
  • Raising invoices to clients
  • Completing tasks within the monthly schedule to ensure monthly financial deadlines are met
  • Dealing with the UK Consultants/Project Manager and the UK Finance Business Operations to resolve contract, revenue, and invoices issues
  • Collaborating with Validation Team in India to ensure contract and revenue documents/evidences fulfil SoX requirements
  • Participating in projects/additional tasks and ensuring timely-manner deliveries
  • Ensuring high standard of work by meeting quality standard and performing peer’s review
  • Collaborating closely with team mates, esp. during high peaks so work is delivered withing agreed deadlines
  • Seeking for continuous improvement in processes and work organization so high level of quality of work is delivered to clients/stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements
  • Ability to identify and respond to risks
  • Ability to focus on details
  • English level – B2
  • Ability to lead meetings and conference calls if required
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Ability to manage work streams in a project
  • Ability to work effectively in a project team
  • Excellent time management & organizational skillsUniversity degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least two years of experience
  • Experience of client-facing role
